Job summary

WME Group seeks a Manager, SAP Integration & Development to lead SAP development and integration architecture across its global finance systems. This hands-on role blends coding with technical leadership, guiding offshore resources and internal teams in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and related integration technologies.

The ideal candidate will design solutions, write ABAP, build APIs, and drive best practices, governance, and delivery across complex SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering or related field.
8+ years of SAP technical development experience.
Deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA development experience.
Strong ABAP programming with enterprise-scale SAP solutions.
Experience building/integrating SAP using APIs and SAP Integration Suite.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP custom apps, enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.
Write ABAP code for S/4HANA and ECC environments and conduct reviews.
Lead SAP development and integration initiatives as senior technical lead.
Participate in solution architecture, design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Define coding standards, frameworks, QA processes, and release management.
Mentor developers and coordinate offshore teams; drive modernization efforts.
