Job summary

GlobalSource IT is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Engineering Team Lead in the United States to guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across SAP Cloud Integration and SAP BTP. This hands-on leadership role focuses on secure, scalable integrations, mentoring a team of engineers, and setting technical direction.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise integration, 3+ years with SAP Cloud Integration, and strong API, XML/XSLT, and SDLC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
7+ years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
3+ years hands-on SAP Cloud Integration experience.
Strong experience in RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, development, and support of SAP Cloud Integration solutions.
Design secure, scalable, high-performing integrations using SAP Cloud Integration and SAP BTP services.
Mentor and guide a team of integration engineers; drive best practices and SDLC processes.
Review designs and code for quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure environments are secure, stable, and highly available.
