Job summary

WME Group is seeking a Manager, SAP Integration & Development to serve as the lead SAP developer and integration architect. This role is hands-on and provides technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and enterprise integrations within a global finance landscape.

The ideal candidate will design solutions, write code, review quality, and mentor developers and offshore resources while shaping future-state architecture and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP technical development experience.
• Deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA development experience.
• Strong ABAP programming with enterprise-scale SAP solutions.
• Experience building SAP integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, and related tech.
• Hands-on leader while guiding technical teams and offshore resources.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
• Vendor management including consultants and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP custom apps, enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Write and maintain ABAP code across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Act as senior technical lead for SAP development and integration initiatives.
• Participate in solution architecture, design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Perform code reviews for internal and offshore teams to ensure standards and security.
• Establish coding standards, development frameworks, QA processes, and release management.
• Provide technical coaching through design and code reviews.
• Drive remediation and modernization tied to SAP transformation programs.
• Design, build, and support SAP integrations with enterprise apps.
• Lead integration efforts across finance, revenue, treasury, banking, travel, reporting, and third-party SaaS.
• Develop APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud-based integration solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership for SAP Integration Suite, BTP, and related technologies.
• Governance, monitoring, documentation standards, and ongoing support.
