This senior SAP leadership role drives development standards, architecture, and delivery across complex SAP projects, while mentoring a team of developers and aligning designs with performance and reliability goals.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in SAP development, 7+ years leading SAP projects, 3+ years of Agile practice, and security-clearance readiness.

Qualifications

15+ years of SAP application development with progression to leadership roles.
7+ years direct hands-on SAP project experience (modules such as EWM, FI, TM, MM).
3+ years of Agile development process experience.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/hold security clearance.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

Establish development standards and enforce SDLC best practices via code reviews.
Provide guidance on technical designs and performance improvements.
Oversee SAP solution design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance.
Lead SAP development team, mentoring and evaluating performance.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of software solutions.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop scalable architecture.
Drive Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Participate in customer collaboration aligned with product objectives.
Develop project schedules, resources, progress tracking, and reporting.
