Job summary

Groundswell seeks an experienced SAP technical leader with 15+ years in SAP development and a track record of delivering complex SAP solutions. The role spans architecture, design reviews, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable enterprise-grade software for federal agencies.

You will guide development standards, collaborate with architects, drive Agile/DevOps practices, and ensure successful project outcomes while engaging with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP application development experience with progression to leadership roles
• 7+ years direct SAP project experience across modules (EWM, FI, TM, MM)
• Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle implementations
• 3+ years Agile development process
• DoW experience (AESIP, LMP, GCSS, GFEBs, etc.) desired
• Willingness to travel to customer locations

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards and SDLC best practices with code reviews
• Oversee design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of SAP solutions
• Provide technical direction to SAP developers, including mentoring and performance evaluations
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of software solutions
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop scalable architecture
• Drive continuous improvement with Agile and DevOps practices
• Participate in customer collaboration aligned with product objectives
• Prepare project progress reports and manage risk mitigation
