Groundswell is a premier technology integrator solving complex federal challenges. We seek a senior SAP leader to drive development, architecture, and delivery across multiple SAP modules. You will mentor teams, lead SDLC improvements, and ensure scalable, reliable solutions for government clients.

The role requires extensive SAP experience, DoW familiarity, and a current or clearable secret clearance. Expect collaboration with architects, agile practices, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active secret clearance or ability to be cleared.
• 15+ years SAP application development with leadership progression.
• 7+ years hands-on SAP project experience across modules.
• Min 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations.
• 3+ years Agile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish SDLC standards and ensure code reviews.
• Review designs and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee SAP design, development, testing, and integration.
• Provide technical direction and mentor SAP developers.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of software.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on architecture.
• Lead DevOps practices and agile processes.
• Coordinate client interactions and project reporting.
