Groundswell is a premier technology integrator focused on solving complex challenges for federal agencies. We seek a senior SAP leader to drive development, architecture, and delivery across SAP projects, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions.

You will mentor teams, oversee SDLC adherence, and collaborate with solution architects while delivering high-impact outcomes. The role requires extensive SAP experience, DoW familiarity, and travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

15+ years' experience in SAP application development and demonstrated progressive experience from work as a developer to a leadership position.
7+ years direct (hands-on) experience within SAP project (modules includes such as EWM, FI, TM, MM).
Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle development implementations.
3+ years Agile development process.
Current or past DoW experience (i.e. AESIP, LMP, GCSS, GFEBs, etc.) is desired.
Travel to customer locations as required.

Responsibilities

Establish development standards, best practices of SDLC and ensure adherence through code reviews.
Review and guidance on technical designs to improve performance and sustainability.
Oversee design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of SAP solution.
Provide technical directions to a team of SAP developers, including mentoring and evaluating performance.
Oversee development work per specifications, plans, requirements, testing and integration.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of software solutions.
