Job summary

Groundswell, a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies, seeks a senior SAP development leader. You will guide architecture, oversee SAP design, development, testing, and integration, and mentor a team of SAP developers while aligning with program goals.

Candidates should have 15+ years in SAP development, 2 full lifecycle implementations, DoW experience preferred, U.S. citizenship with an active secret clearance, and travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active secret security clearance or clearable
• 15+ years of SAP application development experience
• 7+ years direct SAP project experience (EWM, FI, TM, MM, etc)
• Minimum 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations
• 3+ years Agile development process

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards and ensure SDLC adherence
• Review and provide guidance on technical designs for performance improvements
• Oversee SAP solution design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance
• Provide technical directions to SAP developers including mentoring
• Oversee work to meet specifications, plans, and integration requirements
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of software solutions
• Collaborate with Solution Architect(s) to develop scalable architecture
• Lead continuous improvement through Agile and DevOps practices
• Engage in customer collaboration aligned with product objectives
• Perform error analysis and adapt designs; contribute to new system development
• Provide technical oversight and leadership to accomplish work
• Participate in project reviews, reporting, planning, risk mitigation
• Create project schedules and allocate resources across teams
• Prepare progress reports for leadership and customers
• Mitigate risks and communicate project status to leadership
• Develop estimates and project schedules for multiple solutions
• Author white papers and root cause analyses
• Foster team learning and development; mentor team members
• Support management and perform assigned duties
