Job summary

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs. You’ll contribute to EY’s Data Management & Strategy practice, guiding solutions from strategy to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
