Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP & technology delivery leader to drive complex SAP programs for clients in the US. You will manage engagements, lead delivery, and ensure quality and risk management while traveling to meet clients.

The role requires strong SAP, BTP, and RISE experience, multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and partners. Travel is expected 40-60% in this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
