Job summary

Avanos Medical is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead to design and deliver end-to-end HR solutions, with emphasis on Employee Central, S/4HANA Payroll, and AI-driven capabilities. You will guide architecture, integration, and governance across global stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and partners.

Remote or Alpharetta-based role, with a focus on secure, scalable, and compliant success factors implementations that advance the employee experience and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years SAP SuccessFactors / SuccessFactors experience with delivery and leadership.
• Deep hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Payroll and payroll integration.
• Experience designing secure end-to-end SuccessFactors architectures.
• Integration expertise with SAP BTP and CPI.
• Familiar with AI capabilities in HR and SAP Joule.
• Knowledge of HR data models, roles, and compliance (RBP, GDPR, SOX).
• Experience across SuccessFactors, SaaS, and cloud platforms.
• Proven leadership of internal teams and external partners.
• Strong communication and agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors architecture across the landscape.
• Hands-on leadership in configuring, testing, and deploying Employee Central.
• Oversee Payroll integrations and CPI-based workflows.
• Drive AI enablement and Joule deployment within HR use cases.
• Stay ahead of SuccessFactors roadmap and innovation opportunities.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Shape product strategy and multi-year roadmap with HR leaders.
• Manage relationships with SAP and system integrators.
• Lead incident triage and agile governance across teams.
• Drive change management and adoption of new capabilities.
