Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead end-to-end implementations across Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Analytics. You will analyze client needs, configure and test modules, and ensure integration with other SAP systems and third-party apps, while providing training and post-implementation support.

This role suits recent graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to work with cutting-edge technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or information technology.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a significant advantage.
• Applicant must have EAD, Green Card, or US Citizenship visa status.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Workforce Analytics.
• Analyze client requirements and recommend SAP SuccessFactors solutions to optimize HR processes.
• Design, configure, and test SuccessFactors modules according to client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP systems and third-party applications.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors users.
• Stay updated on new SAP SuccessFactors releases and guide clients on leveraging new features for business gains.
