Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems; MBA a plus.
- 15+ years in information technology leadership including software analysis/design, implementation, and support.
- 10+ years of SAP platform development experience (PI/PO, ABAP, Web Dynpro, Fiori, CPI).
- Experience leading global IT teams delivering ERP strategy and customer-facing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own SAP development and integration strategy across multiple platforms.
- Lead a global team of analysts and developers to deliver IT solutions.
- Set development standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Manage budgets, project planning, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with Commercial Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to drive IT value.
- Ensure HIPAA, PCI, GDPR and other privacy/compliance requirements.
