Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Edison, NJ is seeking a Senior Engineer to own and manage end-to-end SAP service delivery. The role covers incident, problem, change, service request, and enhancement management, coordinating onsite/offshore teams and vendors to ensure on-time resolution and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
Strong knowledge of SAP Hana and SAP functional processes.

Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end SAP service delivery per SLAs, KPIs, and contracts.
Lead SAP support operations across functional and technical workstreams.
Drive governance reviews and performance reporting with business and IT.
Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams, vendors, and partner resources.
Act as primary escalation point for critical production issues.
Monitor queues, delivery metrics, capacity, and trends for improvement.
Identify process improvements and automation to raise productivity.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
