Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Edison, NJ invites a Program Director for the Enterprise Solutions Unit Consulting practice to lead planning, execution, and management of large transformation engagements for TCS clients.

You will coordinate work between TCS and client teams, ensure quality, schedule, and budget, and guide architecture, integration, and NextGen releases, with strong SAP/BTP focus and leadership of multi-function teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large SAP S4 HANA transformation projects as Enterprise Solution Architect.
• Ability to coordinate multi-team efforts and manage project scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage complex and large transformation engagements for TCS clients.
• Coordinate work of TCS and client teams across one or more projects.
• Ensure delivery of all phases, releases, and program components on schedule and within budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and client leadership.
• Lead scoping of engagements and development of proposals.
