Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice is seeking a transformation-focused expert to lead large SAP SuccessFactors implementations and transformation programs. You will guide clients through digitization challenges, configure SAP solutions, and manage multi-site workstreams with on- and offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Project/Workstream/Client Lead on a large transformation.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate degree with 6 years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems.
• Lead and collaborate across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Drive profitability and service quality; manage client expectations.
• Travel to client sites as needed (0–100%).
