Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation maven with deep SuccessFactors experience to lead large, complex SAP projects in California. You will manage delivery, shape transformation programs, and show clients how SAP solutions unlock business value. Travel to client sites is required and coordination across cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience.
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
