Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead large-scale implementations and drive client value. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope and risk, and delivering compensation-focused configurations.

You will regularly travel to client sites and partner with sponsors to deliver complex SAP solutions and transformation programs. A degree and strong SuccessFactors experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• 3+ years of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats and may be in charge.
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given.
• Drive profitability and service quality across workstreams and teams.
• Coordinate with technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management streams.
