Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation leader to drive large, complex SAP and SuccessFactors programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage with sponsors, and manage scope and risk across global client engagements.

The role emphasizes delivery excellence, business outcomes, and continuous transformation initiatives. Travel to client sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience
• If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience, that is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems.
• Interact with multiple workstreams and lead project teams as needed.
• Drive profitability and ensure high service quality.
• Coordinate with technical, reports, conversion, and change management teams.
