The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Order‑to‑Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex systems and provide guidance to teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Leads analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of SAP/OTC solutions.
• Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into system deliverables.
• Mentors team members and provides work direction as needed.
• Ensures end‑to‑end testing and data integrity across integrated solutions.
