Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, focusing on SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support, mentoring others and guiding project teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing coordination, defining requirements, and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems. Travel may be required as defined by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field with eight+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations across finance, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and OT-C processes.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT to translate business needs into system deliverables.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to project teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide production support and drive process improvements.
