Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash. You will guide analysis, design, testing, and deployment of complex SAP-based solutions, mentoring teammates and aligning technology with business goals.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end projects, documenting requirements, ensuring data integrity, coordinating testing, and providing production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations across finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, and test plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
• Mentors team members and provides work direction to other professionals.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including planning and coordination.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing and ensures documentation of results and defects.
• Provides production support and identifies process improvements.
