Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead design, testing, implementation, and support for complex applications, guiding teams and projects as needed.

You will translate business needs into system specs, advise management on technology decisions, and mentor colleagues while ensuring data integrity across end-to-end processes in a manufacturing/distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; eight+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT to document requirements and translate them into effective system deliverables.
• Serves as a senior advisor for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and third-party integrations; may lead projects and mentor others.
