Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role requires maintaining a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and SAP experience, plus extensive DoD background.

You will oversee SAP security disciplines, work with the GSSO, manage PARs, and maintain security records. Travel up to 10% may be required; a Bachelor's degree with 15 years' DoD experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant DoD/government/DoD contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).
• Experience developing SAP/SCI security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, and Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) on security duties.
• Advise on personnel security policies for SAP/SCI access and quotas.
• Maintain the unit’s internal master program access database and security dossiers.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Manage entry security training records, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities: entry control, rosters, badges, alarms, and guard force coordination.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI education and training programs.
