Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a Senior Security Support to join the Special Programs Division supporting DoD AT programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and experience managing SAP/SCI access and security dossiers.

You will work with the Government SAP Security Officer, advise on security policies, and handle program access requests, along with physical security duties for classified facilities. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years relevant DoD/government experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) on security duties.
• Advise on current personnel security policies and procedures for SAP/SCI access.
• Manage PARs for industry partners and maintain the internal master access database.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process Program Access Requests (PARs) for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers including training records, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Perform all aspects of physical security for classified facilities: entry control, rosters, visitor badges, alarms, guard response.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
