Job summary

P-11 Security is seeking a Program Security Representative to support SAP, SCI, and collateral security for US government programs. You will perform day-to-day multi-discipline analysis across SAPs and SCI environments.

Ideal candidates have TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 10–12 years of related experience, and a strong understanding of ICD 705, DODM 5205.07, and SAP policy. Bachelor’s degree required; polygraph may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years related experience.
• Understanding of ICD 705, DODM 5205.07, and SAP policy.
• Security certifications contribute to experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI/collateral data safeguarding policies.
• Provide day-to-day security support and policy improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks in test and operations.
• Lead SAP security education and awareness programs.
• Brief government and civilian staff on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and closeouts.
• Track corrective actions from compliance reviews.
• Notify program teams of security matters.
• Coordinate lessons learned into training curriculum.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
