Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper (AT) Executive Agent Field Program Office (FPO) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee SAP/SCI security disciplines and work with the GSSO to ensure proper access and compliance.

Candidate must hold an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access, have a Bachelor’s degree plus 15+ years of DoD-related experience, and possess SAP/SCI background with the ability to travel CONUS up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of DoD/government or contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) on security duties.
• Advise on current personnel security policies for SAP/SCI access.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and maintain the unit’s master access database.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain security dossiers including training, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities: entry control, rosters, badges, alarms, guards.
