Job summary

Serco Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Senior Security Support to oversee SAP/SCI security disciplines—Information, Physical, Industrial, and Personnel Security—for DoD programs. You will work with the Government SAP Security Officer to implement security duties and policies.

Responsibilities include managing PARs, maintaining security dossiers, and developing targeted SAP/SCI education programs. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years DoD/government experience.
• At least 3 years SAP/SCI experience in last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP/SCI information, physical, industrial, and personnel security.
• Coordinate with Government SAP Security Officer on security duties.
• Manage PARs for industry partners and maintain access databases.
• Develop SAP/SCI security education and training program.
• Support security for SAP facilities including entry control and visitor management.
