Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role oversees SAP security disciplines and works with the GSSO to administer SAP and SCI access, while maintaining security training and education.

You will manage access quotas, liaise with industry partners, and maintain dossiers, ensuring compliance with DoD security requirements and policy development.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and recent background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, Personnel Security.
• Advise Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) on policies and procedures for SAP/SCI access.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and maintain the unit’s master access database.
• Collaborate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel on security matters.
• Process PARs for industry partners and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers including training records, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities including entry control, rosters, badges, alarm checks, and guard response.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
