Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio.

You will oversee SAP and SCI security disciplines and collaborate with the Government SAP Security Officer to ensure compliant access for industry partners and personnel. The role requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor's degree with substantial DoD experience, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access eligibility and recent background check.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of DoD/government contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP security disciplines: Information, Physical, Industrial, and Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer to perform security duties.
• Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and maintain program access databases.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain security dossiers including training, PARs, indoctrinations, debriefs.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities, including entry control and visitor management.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
