Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the Special Programs Division, DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires maintaining Top Secret security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and entails leadership of SAP/SCI security disciplines and program access management.

The ideal candidate has a DoD or government-contract background, strong security policy experience, and the ability to travel CONUS up to 10%.

Qualifications

Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years relevant DoD/government/contractor experience.
Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

Oversee all SAP security disciplines (Information, Physical, Industrial, Personnel Security).
Work with Government SAP Security Officer on security duties.
Advise on current personnel security policies and procedures for SAP/SCI access.
Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and internal program access databases.
Collaborate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
Process PARs for industry partners and ensure accuracy.
Maintain personnel security dossiers (training, PARs, indoctrinations, debriefs).
Perform physical security for classified facilities (entry control, badges, alarms, guard response).
Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education/training programs.
