Serco is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access and experience in SAP/SCI security disciplines, along with a bachelor’s degree and extensive DoD background.

The candidate will manage access controls, coordinate with a Government SAP Security Officer, and develop education programs to meet security requirements, including physical security for classified facilities.

Formación

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility and current background check.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 15 years DoD/government/contractor experience.
• At least 3 years SAP or SCI work within the last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee SAP/SCI security disciplines: Information, Physical, Industrial, Personnel.
• Coordinate with Government SAP Security Officer on security duties.
• Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and internal master databases.
• Collaborate with industry partners and military personnel.
• Process PARs for industry partners and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers and training records.
• Perform physical security duties for classified facilities (entry, badges, alarm checks).
• Develop SAP/SCI security education programs tailored to the unit.
