Job summary

Serco Inc. in Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, seeks a Senior Security Support to lead SAP/SCI security disciplines across DoD programs and operate under the WAG-AT framework. This role requires TS/SCI eligibility and DoD governance experience.

The position emphasizes collaboration with government officers, industry partners, and a broad security program, with travel as needed to fulfill duties.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years relevant DoD/government experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP security disciplines: Information, Physical, Industrial and Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer on security duties.
• Advise on security policies and procedures for SAP/SCI access.
• Manage SAP/SCI access quotas and internal master program database.
• Coordinate with Industry partners and military/civilian personnel.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers with training, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities: entry control, rosters, badges, alarms.
• Develop SAP/SCI security education and training tailored to unit requirements.
