Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Senior SAP Sales Professional to own the full sales lifecycle, from initial opportunity shaping through contract signature in competitive SAP pursuits.

The role partners with SAP practice, industry leads, and delivery teams to craft differentiated, measurable SAP-enabled transformations. You will engage C-suite stakeholders, articulate business cases, and drive win probability across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise technology sales experience.
• 3+ years closing large SAP deals (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, Ariba).
• 3+ years carrying individual quota of $20M+.
• 3+ years working with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix.
• 3+ years experience with P&L awareness, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
• Industry experience in Products/Retail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales lifecycle from identification through contract signature in competitive environments.
• Lead client discovery and executive alignment to define ROI and position SAP capabilities.
• Drive qualification, win strategy, and competitive positioning at each pursuit stage.
• Influence C-suite and program sponsors to shape requirements in Accenture's favor.
• Partner with SAP practice, industry leads, and delivery to co-create differentiated SAP solutions.
• Translate business challenges into measurable SAP-enabled transformations tied to outcomes.
• Ensure proposed solution and commercial construct exceed business case objectives.
• Travel may be required (25%–100%) depending on business needs.
