Job summary

Belden is seeking a senior analyst for SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) with S/4HANA experience. You will drive end-to-end O2C optimization, collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and IT teams, and guide legacy ERP migrations to SAP S/4.

You will own requirements grooming, data migration, testing and user training, while shaping change management and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business or related field.
• 5+ years in IT with SAP S/4 Order-to-Cash focus.
• Experience migrating from legacy ERP to SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Certifications in SAP SD/FI/CO a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAP S/4 implementation for Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Lead data migration and integration across systems.
• Define business requirements and translate to technical specs.
• Coordinate testing, training and change management activities.
• Optimize order-to-cash processes including pricing and invoicing.
