Job summary

Belden is seeking a highly experienced OTC Lead Analyst (SD) to support and optimize SAP S/4 and ECC end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. You will collaborate with sales, finance, logistics and IT teams to ensure smooth operations across SD modules and integrations with MM, WM and FI.

The role requires 8+ years of IT experience in OTC, SAP SD, S/4 HANA, and strong communication. Belden offers hybrid/remote work where feasible, with benefits and a base compensation range of $101,400-$152,100,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years IT experience in OTC SAP SD/S/4HANA.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC in SD.
Strong knowledge of SD processes: order management, pricing, delivery, billing.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support for end-to-end O2C in SAP SD (S/4HANA & ECC).
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with MM, WM, FI and external systems.
Gather requirements, assess changes, and support enhancements.
Participate in regression testing, patches, and UAT cycles.
Assist with user training and change management.
