Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in IT with SAP S/4, O2C, and Order Management.
• Experience in SAP S/4 implementations and data migration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications in SAP SD or FI/CO are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAP S/4 implementation for Order Management and O2C.
• Define migration roadmap from legacy ERP to SAP S/4HANA.
• Gather business requirements and translate to technical specs.
• Develop data migration strategies and system integrations.
• Optimize sales order workflows: quoting, pricing, availability, invoicing.
• Lead testing, QA, and user training; manage change initiatives.
