Belden Inc. is seeking a Sr Analyst for SAP Order-to-Cash on a US remote basis, located near Carmel, IN. You will drive SAP S/4 implementations for O2C, migrate from legacy ERP, and partner with sales, logistics, finance, and IT to align technology with business goals.

You will define requirements, manage data migration, configure systems, and train users. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with focus on Order Management/SAP O2C.
• Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience in O2C.
• Experience migrating from legacy ERP to SAP S/4.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, CS, Logistics, Finance and IT.
• Project planning, data migration, system configuration, training.

Responsabilités

• SAP S/4 implementation for Order-to-Cash including planning, config, testing and training.
• Lead legacy ERP migration strategy focusing on O2C processes and data.
• Gather and translate business needs into SAP specs.
• Analyze legacy data quality and define data migration strategy.
• Define integrations between SAP S/4 and other systems.
• Optimize sales order workflows: quoting, pricing, availability, invoicing.
• Design testing and QA plans for end-to-end processes.
• Drive change management with training and communications.
