Ford Energy seeks an accomplished Senior Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA program delivery and enterprise transformation initiatives. You will own governance, delivery roadmaps, and multi-workstream coordination with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and sponsors to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong change management, data governance, and cross-functional leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP program management, ERP delivery leadership, or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Proven leadership of multi-workstream SAP transformation programs within complex enterprise environments & integrations – S4 HANA, EWM, YL, Sales Force, etc.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated SAP S/4HANA migration program plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmap.
Lead program governance, PMO execution, stage gates, sprint reviews, and executive reporting.
