Job summary

Accenture SAP Practice is seeking an accomplished transformation leader to drive large, multi-national SAP S/4HANA programs. You will align business and technology leadership, govern complex delivery, and deliver measurable outcomes through robust governance and risk management.

You will lead global teams, partner with executives, and push innovations in AI, automation, and analytics to improve delivery quality and value realization across consumer goods and services clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Leadership roles (Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Program Director, or Delivery Executive) for SAP transformation programs.
• Minimum two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and business outcomes.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources) across multiple geographies and delivery centers.
• Minimum of 2 years experience/strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and operational readiness.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing program financials, executive stakeholders, third-party vendors, and delivery risks.
• Experience supporting business development, proposal efforts, solution shaping, or pursuit activities for SAP transformation opportunities.
• Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics capabilities to improve SAP delivery effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Prior consulting or advisory experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs and ensure outcomes.
• Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance, and value realization with executives.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across workstreams.
• Drive program planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage risks, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead executive governance forums and provide transparent reporting.
• Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices and Accenture methodologies.
• Guide teams through milestones: design, build, test, deploy, cutover, go-live, hypercare, transition.
• Drive delivery innovation via AI, GenAI, automation, analytics.
• Build relationships with client executives and act as strategic advisor.
• Support account growth through delivery excellence and sales activities.
• Support sales origination, solution shaping, and business case creation.
• Develop delivery assets and accelerators; mentor next-gen leaders. Travel may be required (0–100%).
