Job summary

Ford Energy, a Ford Motor Company subsidiary, seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA program delivery, driving ERP transformation and integration of third-party applications. You will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes for the Ford Energy Digital strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP program management or ERP delivery
• Experience leading multi-workstream SAP transformation programs within complex enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP S/4HANA migration program plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmap
• Lead PMO governance, stage gates, sprint reviews, and executive reporting
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management across multiple workstreams
• Oversee SI performance against scope, schedule, and KPIs
• Establish quality gate governance and production readiness processes
• Lead cutover planning and transition to steady-state support
