Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA ERP deployment and integration initiatives. You will drive program delivery, governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, SI partners, and executives.

The role emphasizes operational and supply chain expertise, change management, and leadership across multi-workstream ERP transformations in a dynamic industrial setting. Significant travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in SAP program management or ERP delivery leadership.
• Proven multi-workstream SAP transformation leadership within complex environments & integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated SAP S/4HANA migration program plan, milestones, and delivery roadmap.
• Lead program governance, PMO execution, stage gates, sprint reviews, RAID management.
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management across workstreams.
• Manage SI performance against scope, schedule, quality, and KPIs.
• Oversee quality gate governance for SIT, UAT, tests, cutovers, and production readiness.
• Lead cutover planning, release readiness, hyper-care and steady-state transition.
