Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a Senior Manager, SAP S/4HANA Program Delivery to lead large-scale ERP transformation programs, focusing on S/4HANA deployment and integration with third-party apps.

You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional leadership across business and technology stakeholders, delivering from planning through deployment and hypercare. Travel up to 50% is required. This role supports Ford Energy's digital strategy in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, supply chain, operations, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years in SAP program management, ERP delivery or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven leadership of multi-workstream SAP transformations—S/4HANA, EWM, and integrations.
• Experience with governance, PMO, risk & dependency management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated SAP S/4HANA migration program plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmap.
• Lead program governance, PMO execution, stage gates, and executive reporting.
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management across multiple workstreams.
