Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Leader to drive large, global SAP-based programs. You will guide business counterparts, translate requirements into technical specs, and oversee end-to-end commodity and risk management solutions, including CM, CPE, CTRM, and S/4HANA integrations.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP CM and related areas, 10+ years in transformational ERP consulting, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Total 5+ years of experience with SAP CM, CPE, Commodity and Risk Management solutions, CTRM and Hedge Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• Six+ years’ experience in proposal and business case development
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee transformational projects and ERP implementations for clients.
• Coordinate project timelines and milestones with teams to meet client satisfaction.
• Manage program status, metrics, issues, and risks; oversee completion and sign-off on deliverables.
• Lead and collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
