Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Program Director to lead large-scale transformation engagements for SAP S/4HANA Green Field projects and business process improvements. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and capacity, report at program level, and influence C-suite stakeholders.

You will drive business development, propose solutions, and represent TCS at industry events, while guiding teams across multiple modules and ensuring successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ability to work without visa sponsorship.
• Experience leading large global transformation programs with SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to guide business counterparts to SAP S/4HANA solutions and translate requirements into technical specs

Responsibilities

• Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery.
• Speak business language and translate requirements to SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Lead Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations and multi-module projects (MDG, Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
• Lead sales opportunities and oversee teams of 20+ resources.
• Build strong client relationships and work with C-level stakeholders.
