Job summary

You will coordinate timelines, manage resources, and drive workshops with business leaders to gather requirements and ensure delivery excellence. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience leading large global transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Experience managing transformational ERP projects across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and resources to meet client milestones.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for the project.
• Report status, metrics, issues and risks; oversee completion and sign-off on deliverables.
• Lead small teams on transformational projects and ERP implementations.
• Conduct workshops with business managers to gather requirements for ERP solutions.
• Create detailed system documentation, tests, and presentations.
• Provide guidance to analysts and client personnel.
