Tremco CPG is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst focused on SAP S/4 Service and Construction Management software to support North American operations.

You will lead SAP module enhancements, train users, and coordinate between business units and IT to ensure solutions meet requirements. The role requires 3–5+ years of leadership and 4+ years in SAP S/4 service/construction management, with S/4 HANA exposure.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a supervising role.
• 4+ years' experience in SAP SM S/4 service and construction management software.
• 8-12 months SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• 3+ Years SAP Super User in related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provides feedback on the overall direction of SAP/3rd party tool implementations.
• 2nd and 3rd level help desk support.
• Trains and assists users in SAP business applications.
• Prepares training materials and conducts training sessions.
• Performs cost-benefit analyses for enhancements and developments.
• Acts as liaison between business users, vendors and the user community.
• Designs and documents business processes and training materials.
• Performs testing and QA of new system functions and reports; ensures documentation quality.
