Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst - HR to provide total support for SAP and related tools across North America with potential global scope.

The role focuses on HR, Sales/Service, and broader application system enhancements, training, and reporting, ensuring successful adoption and improvements. The candidate will lead and train users, analyze requirements, and liaise with vendors and IT to deliver high-quality SAP-based solutions and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a management, supervisor, or group lead role.
• 5+ years' experience in a HR function.
• 8-12 months SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• 3+ years SAP Super User experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• 2 years' experience in project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback on new SAP modules and third-party tools and their releases.
• Provides 2nd and 3rd level help desk support; trains users in SAP usage; prepares training materials.
• Acts as liaison between business users, vendors, and the user community; participates in user groups.
• Performs systems analysis, design, configuration, data conversion and reporting enhancements.
• Documents business requirements and creates functional specifications; ensures solutions meet requirements.
• Advises on alternatives to meet requirements using SAP, benchmarks, extracts, and changes to processes.
• Designs and documents business processes; develops training materials and delivers training.
• Performs thorough testing and QA of new functions and reports; reviews procedural documentation.
• May lead projects or tasks in HR-related areas.
