Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a related role.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Service/HR function.
• 8-12 months SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• 3+ years SAP Super User in related discipline.
• Strong customer service orientation and flexibility.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide total support to SAP users and ancillary software tools.
• Handle problem resolution, training, and education for users.
• Configure, enhance, and improve SAP and related systems.
• Design functional specs and interface with business users and vendors.
• Lead or assist projects in sales, service management, HR or related areas.
• Perform testing and QA reviews of new system functions and reports.
