Tremco CPG Inc. in Beachwood, OH, is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst – S/4 Service and Construction Management Software to support SAP applications across Sales, Service and HR.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience (manager, supervisor, group lead).
• 4+ years in SAP SM S/4 service and construction management software.
• SAP HR/HCM and/or Project Systems experience is a plus.
• 8–12 months SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• 3+ years SAP Super User in related discipline.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interface with customers.
• 2 years’ experience in project management.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback on the overall direction of SAP implementation and new releases, including 3rd party tools.
• Provides 2nd and 3rd level help desk support; trains and assists users on SAP applications.
• Acts as liaison between business users, software vendors, and the user community; participates in user groups.
• Performs systems analysis, design, configuration, enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and reporting.
• Elicits and documents business requirements; prepares functional specs for enhancements and integrations.
• Designs and delivers training materials; supports development of training and procedures.
• May lead projects in sales, service management, construction management and HR.
